My firm engaged Vaccoda for a complete website refresh / overhaul, which was long overdue. Ben Gidney, who was our point of contact and looked after the account, was brilliant throughout. We had a few phone calls and email exchanges to get the requirements and content over to Vaccoda - and it felt easy and efficient. I have to start by saying that I would highly recommend this company! I did a lot of research as there are so many website companies out there. I was so overwhelmed, that I ended up asking people on LinkedIn. Several people recommended Vaccoda and so I contacted them. After speaking to about three others that I narrowed down, Vaccoda stood out. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and listened very carefully to what I wanted. It is very difficult to translate what is in my head to a website company, but Vaccoda took the time to get it right. Vaccoda have, hands down, been the best website design agency I have ever worked with. Used other web designers in the past but for one reason and another they never quite hit the spot which is frustrating. Vaccoda has been helping managed our community website for years. However, we recently had an issue with our social media page which, by the way, is totally outside of Vaccoda's scope of work with us. Nevertheless, Matt did not hesitate to help resolve the issue.
