Econoloft is one of the South East’s leading loft conversion companies and has been in business for over 40 years. During that time, they have converted in excess of 4,000 lofts and have worked with many customers providing all services under one roof (pardon the pun!).
The previous website was dated and in desperate need of a fresh, modern design and overall redevelopment. It wasn’t converting website visitors into customers as well as it should, and the user experience was very poor on all devices (such as mobile phones and tablets). The visibility of the website on Google wasn’t where it should be and the website didn’t provide the answers customers needed, by way of loft cost estimations or easily accessible building and planning advice.
Another area that needed major improvement was the gallery of previously completed loft conversions – Econoloft has built over 4000 conversions, yet there were just a handful of pictures on the previous website. On the new website we wanted to showcase a cross-section of all the unique and beautiful conversions Econoloft have built over the years.
The first port-of-call was to design a beautiful, engaging and immersive website, which made a feature of all the many unique selling points Econoloft has to offer, such as longevity in business, the experience and the unique approach Econoloft has by way of providing all services to their customers “under one roof”, from the planning and drawing stage right through to building the conversion and finishing touches.
The website also features a custom-built loft conversion estimator tool, which gives interested customers the opportunity to get a ballpark cost for their new loft conversion based on the answers they give. It was also important to Econoloft that their customers could see all their accreditations, and these feature on the homepage alongside other offerings, including guarantees, insurances, free quotes and more.
We also manage the digital marketing for the business and have implemented a robust SEO strategy and the management of ongoing social media ad campaigns covering the Home Counties. We started in February 2019 and have seen incredible growth in both website traffic and enquiries coming from Google and Facebook in the months since.
