The Problem
Customers were unable to add custom embroidery as an option to their orders and this was losing our client revenue.
The Solution
The solution was to build a powerful yet easy to use e-commerce store and a custom built widget that allowed customers to quickly and easily add embroidery as an optional extra to their order. Customers were also able to choose a thread colour and font style. Our client noticed a significant increase in sales of custom embroidery orders and in turn this has increased the profitability of the website by over 50%.
