The Requirements
The Problem
Owen Hearing had an existing web presence but it was very outdated and was not mobile or tablet friendly. Their presence online was also poor and this needed improving through Google Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and social media marketing.
The Solution
The first part of the project was to build a new website that reflected the modern look and feel of the brand. The website we built is easy to use, fast loading and fully mobile and tablet friendly. We also setup their Social Media on Twitter and developed a Search Engine Optimisation campaign that increased their visibility across Kent and the South East, helping to generate new customers.
We have been running a Google marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and reach out to new customers. As a result of the growth in business and an increase of over 15% in new loyal customers each year, our client is now expanding to serve other areas across Kent and Sussex.
We also manage their Social Media and just recently we received a thank-you text, letting us know that they had reached 1000 loyal followers – here’s to the next 1000!
