The Requirements
The Problem
London Lofts were a new business, formed by three directors, each having owned and sold building companies in the past. They needed a complete web presence including online marketing activities to generate new customer enquiries.
The Solution
As part of the early stage marketing strategy, London Lofts wanted to build fast exposure and presence on Google to increase customer enquiries and sales to complement the Search Engine Optimisation campaign we were running. We first built a new website that was conversion-friendly, then setup and managed a Google AdWords campaign which would give them the initial boost they were looking for and within the first 3 months they were receiving up to 5 calls a day with at least 3-4 serious leads a week.
The phone enquiries were further increased by the Search Engine Optimisation strategy we were running. Additional customer enquiries came through the website contact forms and call-to-action areas designed for lead capture, encouraging customers to make contact for further information and follow-up.
We managed a successful marketing strategy with a considerable number of customer enquiries and conversions, plus a steady stream of interest from other complementary businesses. As a result the company grew rapidly and within the first 2 years the business had both expanded considerably and had merged with another loft conversion / general building company to further increase their coverage and scale of operations.
