The Problem

We work with some of Laser Quest GB franchise operators across the UK. One of their franchisees who owns a multi-site operation was struggling to generate bookings, and needed to increase their awareness for Children’s’ Birthday Parties, corporate bookings and evening bookings, and to attract more Student groups too.

The Solution

The first part of the project was to build websites for all the locations of their target customers, containing call-to-action areas to encourage bookings and designed to be highly visual and engaging. We then developed a Google AdWords campaign that almost doubled their monthly customer footfall in 3 months, from 4,000 customers a month to nearly 7,500. The campaigns were well optimised so the spend was very low and conversion extremely high, resulting in a great return on investment.

We also manage a Search Engine Optimisation campaign and this alone has also more than doubled monthly website visitors, jumping from approximately 3,500 sessions to consistently over 7,500 each month.

The Social Media presence was also poor before we started and as Social Media lends itself to this type of business, we run regular sponsored campaigns in addition to our daily management of their accounts. Social Media also boosts monthly customer footfall and online bookings.
